When raised == 20_000e6, anyone calls graduate(). The pad mints 40,000 REBASE: 20,000 for buyers, 20,000 wrapped into the Uniswap v4 pool against the 20,000 USDG. Then seedPool() opens wREBASE/USDG at 1:1. The LP position stays in the pad. Principal cannot be pulled. collectFees() sends both tokens to the fee wallet.
